Clout Chasers Game Design

Clout Chasers is a game designed for Discord/Zoom. Players assume different roles in a friend group and attempt to hang out with other players at events, but each player tries to meet more at their preferred events. Players get Clout points for attending events with one other player, and bonus Clout points for attending events preferred by their role. Players lose points for attending events alone. Players can betray each other by agreeing to hang out with someone but go to an event with another player. Players coordinate plans by talking and private messaging over Discord (or Zoom).
